SurfaceBakingLights is LightWave Layout plugin to prepare scene for baking surfaces or special passes without shadows. It changes GI Ambient Color to white, Ambient Intensity to 100%, and every light in scene Color to black, and Intensity to 0%, so they don’t affect scene. If some parameters were enveloped, they are removed.
This script is a fixed version of the default normalbaker.ls script shipped with LightWave 3D. I noticed this script doesn’t generate right normals for tripled geometry. I also fixed another bug in the script, the Vertex Map generation was malfunctioning, so the script could not be run more than one time.
